Comment I would like to provide my praise and gratitude to Danton Cramer for his professional and courteous service. He turned a very frustrating experience with Fuller Ford into a wonderful experience at Kearny Pearson Ford.
I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall and I chose Fuller Ford because they are the dealer I picked my fleet vehicle up from. I arranged an appointment and dropped off my car to be serviced. I was advised the vehicle would be ready around noon but when I phoned to check on the status I was advised they did not have the parts and nothing had been done with my car. I phoned your dealership and Danton assisted me. He was very professional and personable. He went out of his way to check on the availability of parts and was able to get me in for the service and it was completed in less than an hour. I truly appreciate the service Danton offered me, he is a credit to your service team. I also appreciate how quickly the service staff worked to get me in and out as quickly as possible.

Comment I have to say I am very disappointed with your Service Department. I recently received a Safety Recall Notice from Ford regarding the wheel studs on my vehicle. When I called to set up an appointment for this weekend, your service department rep told me that you don't do "Recalls" on the weekend, that Saturday's are saved for "maintenance-only" type repairs, in other words, "for people who are bringing in their car to do oil changes and things like that." Nice to know your dealership is more worried about making money than the safety of your customers.
I have always been taken care of at Mossy Ford, and so I wasn't surprised that they set me up for an appointment with for Saturday morning with NO EXCUSES!
The drive to Mossy Ford is well worth it when you feel appreciated and taken care of as a customer.

horrible service, I made an appt. when I got there 20 minutes early they said "thats strange i dont know why theyd schedule 2 trucks at once." They made me wait and never called when it was done. Took Hours out of a work day, they originally said about an hour. I dont mind paying for 2 new batteries when one was still good, because you need to. What i dont need is them telling me my air filter is bad $80+, Front and rear brakes are both dangerously in the red and refusing, I ran it over to my mechanic who did the front brakes, said the rear had more than half their life left. As for the air filter my mechanic said theres an idiot light on the instrument panel for that and also a physical guage in the engine compartment that shows when you need to change it. Apparently their cracker jack certified mechanics missed that class. I am currently searching for a Ford dealer somewhere that has honest curtious service. They didnt even wash the windows let alone the truck, or vaccumm it. (my neighbors just bought a Honda, their dealership hand washes it even if they just came in with a question, and his wife gets her nails done AT THE DEALERSHIP for FREE) I paid 42K for my truck, (and I love it, it has served me well) Hello!? Can a loyal customer get a little HONEST service!?
This was my first Ford purchase. I had it down to VW, BMW, and Ford. George was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me. I am happy to see an American car that I was excited about, and the overall experience was made perfect with our transaction with George. No unexpected "fees" at closing, and overall a pleasant experience.
Marty was greater than excellent! He helped me accomplish the impossible. I came in to figure out what this letter I received was all about and walked out with a 2012 Fusion at a few dollars above my current payment. You will never understand how much of a miracle this is. Tach was a great salesman. He is very knowledgeable, and patient. He is a dedicated and conscience; he works 10-12 hours day and even comes in on his day off. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customer's.
DAN WAS VERY HELPFUL! HE WAS NOT AGGRESSIVE IN HIS APPROACH AND REALLY LISTENED TO WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN A CAR. HE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO MEET US AT A PAYMENT WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH.
Jovic was the most friendly salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about the cars I test drove. I would recommend him to my friends - I have never said that about a salesperson. He was great!
Ben Diaz was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the Explorers and the options available. His approach was genuine and he was truly interested in making sure we understood the product and answered all questions and concerns we had. Ben was personable, easy going, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. We were veyr pleased to have had the opportunity to purchase our car through him and know we'll be very happy with our new Explorer.
